17 Jul 2019 coordinator Jill Wright visited Huntcliff School in Saltburn on the 17 July to present local student Freya with a £20 Love2shop voucher.

Freya gratefully received this award for giving some amazing feedback on the Tees Valley Combined Authority’s recent Skills and STEM Event which took place on 2 July. Freya said: “I really enjoyed the event and found it very informative.”

The eighth annual Tees Valley Skills and STEM Event welcomed more than 1,200 students seeking career opportunities that are currently on offer with the region.

The area’s biggest job fair, which took place at Teesside University’s Olympia building, saw more than 75 universities, colleges, learning providers and employers turn out to interact with the region’s young people.
