• Student Showcases: Witness the magic created by our talented students studying Stage & Screen degree programmes. Dive into their latest projects and explore a vibrant exhibition of props, costumes, and set designs.
• Success Stories: Meet Matt East, Owner and Director of EPH Creative, the UK’s leading provider of props. A proud graduate of The Northern School of Art, Matt and recent graduates will share their incredible experiences with students who worked on the recent Jackdaw movie filmed in Teesside.

4:25PM – 4:50PM: Why Screen Industries matter – opportunities for young people – by Leigh Adams (former director of Education at BFI)

PART 2

Part 2 is a curated tour of the key programme studio areas, where visitors will be greeted by students and staff in each area to talk through their projects and their career goals:

4:55PM – 5:15PM: Introducing Film and TV Production and Acting (scriptwriting, producing, directing, editing, sound, light, Acting and Auditions)

5:15PM – 5:35PM: Introducing Production Design (Props, Set-design and construction)

5:35PM – 5:55PM: Introducing Model Making & Visual FX (Action Props, miniatures and digital models)

6PM – 6:20PM: Introducing Costume (Design, construction, millinery, leatherwork)

PART 3

6:20PM – 6:40PM: Industry Speaker, Matt East, EPH Creative (Graduate of The Northern School of Art) – leading provider of props in the UK

6:40PM – 7PM: Close & Networking
