At the end of last year High Tide announced their partnership with Speakers for Schools to launch a new digital offering.
These virtual experiences will reflect their usual work placements and programmes such as Cadetships, and share the common goal of connecting classrooms with careers in the Tees Valley. They will be offering two kinds of programmes as part of this partnership – Virtual Insight Days and Virtual Placements.
Virtual Insight Days will be short, snappy experiences delivered in the Google Classroom, helping young people understand the scale and variety of career opportunities available to them.
Virtual Placements will do exactly what they say on the tin – offer students the opportunity to gain a virtual experience with a company community across a week long interaction.
